With a vision to "create a human-centered futuristic global integrative medicine through Korean Medicine", we focus on interdisciplinary research with other fields of study based on Korean Medicine.

Through integrative research methodology between Korean Medicine and other fields of not only medicine and natural sciences but humanities and social sciences, we aim to be self-sufficient in solving problems and to cultivate leaders that can contribute to elevating Korean Medicine to a global position among traditional medicines worldwide

In order to deal with demographic changes such as super-aging, specialists who are able to develop practical research projects that could lead to initiative medical technology in Korean Medicine for the approaching future are crucial.

The program was put together with contents that are highly relevant to future core projects that reflect current society such as integrative service, objectification & standardization, industrialization of Korean Medicine throughout the life cycle, securing Korean Medicine-related international patents and intellectual property rights, systemization of tailored medicine, etc.
